Social Support Group provides an opportunity for clients to attend and participate in social interactions, participate in community life and feel socially included through structured, group-based activities that develop, maintain or support independent living. Respite options are also available, including in the home or community, in a fixed setting (Centre based) or overnight respite in a home like environment.
